I'm finally able to do another CIY post. Thank you for all the lovely comments not only about this type of posts but also about the entire blog. They really encourage me to keep the hard work and present you interesting stories, looks, recipes, all with quality photographs (special thanks to Brian Portillo by always keeping great record of the places we've visited, the recipes I've cooked and the looks I've worn). I cooked this recipe as farewell for Brian (he studies in Buenos Aires, Argentina) less than a month ago. He, as usual, loved it. So give it a try and tell me your opinions.
There is something that caught my attention from the last CIY post: a lot of boys commented about it and how the wish to put their hands on the recipe; GIRLS, what's up with your cooking skills???!!! There is nothing your boy would appreciate more than an elaborated well-cooked recipe. Please don't lose this beautiful skill.

Finalmente pude hacer otra entrada de CTM. Gracias por todos sus lindos comentarios no sólo sobre este tipo de entradas, pero también sobre el blog completo. De verdad que me incentivan muchísimo a seguir trabajando duro y presentándoles interesantes historias, looks, recetas, todas con fotografías de calidad (un agradecimiento especial a Brian portillo por siempre mantener un magnífico récord de los lugares que hemos visitado, las recetas que he cocinado y los looks que he utilizado). Esta receta la preparé como despedida para Brian (el estudia en Buenos Aires, Argentina) hace menos de un mes. A el, como siempre, le encantó. Inténtela y cuéntenme sus opiniones.
Hay algo que captó en especial mi atención de la anterior entrada CTM: muchos chicos comentaron al respecto de la receta y de cómo desearían ponerla en marcha. CHICAS, que sucede con su habilidad para la cocina???!!! No hay nada que su chico apreciaría más que una receta elaborada y bien cocinada. Por favor no pierdan esta linda habilidad.
